The Real Hotels is an affiliate platform by Bravo superfans, helping Real Housewives fans book iconic hotels from the show's cast trips.

With a unique mix of pop culture obsession and travel utility, the brand was ready to transform a clever idea into a high converting digital product.

Repositioning the brand with a bold, Bravo-aligned identity

While the concept of monetizing Bravo-fueled travel interest had undeniable potential, The Real Hotels' initial WordPress site struggled to live up to that promise.

Core issues included: High ad spend was required to drive traffic, with low return due to poor on-site conversions. Slow page speeds hurting both SEO and user experience. A disjointed brand voice and visual design that didn’t match the fun, snarky Bravo vibe. No clear conversion funnel or optimized booking journey. Difficulty managing and scaling hotel listings
